Shipping Policy
At AP Uniforms USA, we're committed to getting your medical scrubs to you as quickly as possible. All orders ship directly from the brand's warehouse, ensuring faster fulfillment and fresher inventory.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental United States.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days — Free on orders over $50, otherwise a flat rate applies at checkout
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days — Available at checkout for an additional fee
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped, not from the date of purchase.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's progress through the carrier's website.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories may require additional delivery time and may be subject to a shipping surcharge.
We do not ship internationally from our U.S. store at this time. Canadian customers, please visit ca.ap-uniforms.com.
