Shipping Policy

AP Uniforms USA (us.ap-uniforms.com) is operated by AP UNIFORMS INC. We ship within the United States only.

Shipping rates

• Free standard shipping on orders of $79 or more (after discounts, before tax).
• $19.99 flat rate standard shipping on orders under $79.

Processing and delivery times

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days after the order ships.
• You’ll receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.
• Bulk orders (200+ pieces) may need extra processing time. We’ll confirm an estimated ship date.

Orders shipping in more than one package

Some items ship from different warehouses or directly from our suppliers, so your order may arrive in separate packages on different days. You only pay shipping once.

If your order is delayed

If we can’t ship your order within the time above, we’ll email you a new estimated ship date. You can cancel any order that hasn’t shipped yet for a full refund by replying to that email or contacting us at info@ap-uniforms.com.

If an item is out of stock

If an item sells out after you order, we’ll email you right away and offer a comparable replacement of equal or greater value at no extra cost, or a full refund for that item. Please add info@ap-uniforms.com to your contacts and check your spam folder so you don’t miss our message.

Address problems and lost packages

Please check your shipping address before you order. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we’ll contact you. If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t find your package, contact us and we’ll help you with the carrier.
