Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your scrubs. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please review our return policy below.

30-Day Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging (if applicable)

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are missing tags cannot be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance and final sale items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at support@ap-uniforms.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us in their original condition
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.

Defective or incorrect items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, we'll cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Contact us at support@ap-uniforms.com with your order number and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to availability. Exchanges follow the same 30-day window and condition requirements as returns.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@ap-uniforms.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
