Returns (Regular-Priced Items)

We accept returns on regular-priced items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the same condition as received, including:

  • New and unused condition
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free of stains, odors, or any signs of use
  • Not altered, embroidered, or customized in any way
  • All original tags attached and original packaging included (if applicable)

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Final Sale Items — No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds

All items purchased at a discounted or sale price are considered FINAL SALE.

Final sale includes:

  • Items marked down from the original or regular price
  • Clearance items
  • Promotional or special-offer items
  • Items purchased using a discount code, coupon, or promotional discount
  • Warehouse sale or liquidation items
  • Customized, altered, or embroidered items

Final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This includes requests related to size, fit, colour, style, personal preference, or change of mind.

Please review all sizing, product details, colours, and order information carefully before completing your purchase.

If you receive an item that is incorrect or has a verified manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review your request.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Final Sale Policy.

Exchanges (Regular-Priced Items Only)

We are happy to assist with exchanges on regular-priced items. Final sale items are not eligible for exchange.

If an additional exchange is requested for the same order due to a change in size or preference after an exchange has already been completed, any subsequent shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, you must contact us first.

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the correct return address.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for processing

We reserve the right to issue partial refunds if items are returned in a condition that does not fully meet our return requirements.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
